ABOUT LINDA LEE

Wetumpka, Alabama-based painter

Linda Lee has been a resident of Wetumpka since 1998, and has lived in the tri-county area since 1975. 

With a background in public relations, she has enjoyed taking photographs professionally and over the years, developed her skills with landscape photography, capturing natural beauty, landmarks and historic architecture.

In 2017, however, Linda’s art interests took a deep dive into painting. Her passion quickly evolved as she soaked up as many workshops and one-on-one instruction as she could. 

Linda’s work as an abstract expressionist oil painter ranges from figurative work to local landscapes/buildings. 

Over the last three years, her work has evolved and you can now see it in a number of galleries and in downtown Wetumpka.  She is especially fond of the relationships she has made there with other artists and the community.
